Welcome to the ICRMA application process. If your city is interested in joining ICRMA, it is a very friendly and informative process. By clicking on the link “Enroll Now”, you will be introduced to three shortened informational insurance program questionnaires, that once completed provide us with the necessary information to be able to provide you with cost estimates for joining ICRMA in any of three insurance programs: Property, General Liability and Workers Compensation. You are welcome to join all the programs, but at minimum, you must join either the General Liability or Workers Compensation .Program. There is no charge for providing your city with the preliminary estimates, and our staff will be happy to schedule an appointment to discuss ICRMA in person or by telephone if you prefer. Once completed your application(s) can be forwarded to: Chris Retama, ICRMA Staff at cretama@brsrisk.com, or by mailing to 1100 W. Town and Country Rd., Suite 1550, Orange, CA 92868. After reviewing the cost estimates, providing you determine that you now wish to receive confirmed cost proposals to join ICRMA, you will be required to complete official Insurance Membership Application(s) which require more explicit and detailed underwriting information, which must be submitted to ICRMA’s broker and insurance carriers. There will be a $1000 non refundable processing fee to cover the costs of underwriting and actuarial evaluation. If you are admitted for membership, this fee will be applied as a credit against required membership premiums.
