Special Events Program
The Special Events Program offers liability protection for ICRMA members who permit public events on their owned or managed property, street closures, or for member-sponsored events. Premiums are determined based on the type of event and anticipated attendance, providing cost-effective coverage for event holders.

Merriwether & Williams, via HUB International, is the preferred vendor to:
- Make underwriting decisions and collaborate directly with event holders
- Provide proof of coverage to event holders / ICRMA members
- Collect premiums directly from event holders

EventInsure Program (formerly SPARTA)
Merriwether & Williams recently joined forces with HUB International on what was formerly the SPARTA Program. This new program, EventInsure, offers Commercial General Liability, Excess General Liability, Professional Liability, and Non-Owned Automobile Liability Insurance coverage for tradesmen, artisans, contractors, and tenants who require insurance to successfully bid and compete for city, county, and public entity contracts.
